Kyle Marshall Racing will line up two stable starters in Saturday’s Hyland Harness Colours mile at Melton.

Alanna Miki will off the front at the mobile, with Anthony Butt in the sulky. She’s having her first competitive race at Melton since December 2023 and has already had starts this year at Geelong and Ballarat.

Alanna Miki has had two wins and six placings from her 19 career starts and has amassed earnings of A$18,155.

The lightly-raced Can Be A Ruebe will be shooting for a hat-trick of wins, having won her last two starts at Cranbourne.

She’s raced sparingly with those wins coming last July and in December.

Saturday will be Can Be A Ruebe’s first start at Melton, and she goes into the race with two wins and two placings from her five career starts.

She’s earned A$8,880 for her connections.
